Elevator Rescue Training w/ Station 42
On 2/11/2020 @1830hrs, Members of the Houston Volunteer Fire Company took a crew to Milford for an elevator rescue class. With how much we like to help our brothers and sisters at Carlisle Fire Company, we find it imperative that we train with them and become accustomed with their district and it's challenges. Members had the opportunity to tour the Bayhealth Sussex Campus and examine all of the different elevator systems. Everyone was instructed on different problems and how to go about handling them. Thank you to the Carlisle Fire Company, Delaware State Fire School, and Bayhealth Sussex Campus for having us out. We appreciate the opportunity to learn! We look forward to a great year with our extended fire service family at Station 42!
